“As long as Ukraine is a sovereign independent state, Europe is safe” – Former Secretary General of the European Parliament
Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine created an enormous amount of problems for the whole world. War in Ukraine showed who’s the friend and who’s an enemy, but what is more, it highlighted the weak points in the functioning of the international organizations. The unity of the European Union was challenged as well.
Reaching a decision became more complicated. The role of Ukraine in the future of the EU became more crucial.
