The Institute for Human Sciences (IWM) has recently published 3 calls for application for the term 2011/2012:
1) The JÓZEF TISCHNER Fellowship 2011 for young Polish or Polish-
American scholars, open to all academic disciplines in the Humanities
and Social Sciences Deadline: February 20, 2011

2) The PAUL CELAN Fellowship for translations from Western into
Eastern European languages or vice versa, or between two Eastern
European languages. The program supports translations of cannonical
texts as well as contemporary key works in the Humanities, Social
Sciences and Cultural Studies.

3) Junior Visiting Fellowship for a scholar from UKRAINE
The program which is organized in cooperation with the Center for
Urban History of East Central Europe in Lviv supports research on the
legacies of Europe in the history of Ukraine. Topics include modern
intellectual, cultural, social and political history.
